With 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll learn how to tap into your body’s specific signals and develop an insider’s instinct about how it’s best for you to move.
We begin with an initial assessment, where I see how you move and we discuss your overall health, your schedule and what you want most from working together. Then I use all that information (and some magic sauce) to design a custom program just for you.
